Ceiling and underfloor insulation will be compulsory in all rental homes where it is reasonably practicable to install.*

  Landlords must include a statement of their current level of compliance with the healthy homes standards in any new, varied or renewed tenancy agreement.*

Private landlords must ensure their rental properties comply with the healthy home standards within 90 days of any new or renewed, tenancy*

Our team of certified Home Performance and Home Energy Awareness advisors will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the property which usually takes 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. The house is assessed for each of the 5 categories as per the HH bill requirement. The healthy Home solutions or recommendation would be based on this report.

Based on the assessment, the report is generated by our Healthy Home team and it includes the details about the condition of the property and also if the property is compliant as per the requirements mentioned in the HH bill.

The report will include photos of each item inspected at the property. If required the photos can be provided separately. 

If the property fails on any of the Healthy Home bill requirements, we will provide the quote to work on the issues highlighted in the Healthy Home report. We try to complete the work within 10 WORKING DAYS of the acceptance of the quote.

We provide Supply and Install quotations. 

The compliance certificate would be provided with each report.

The certificate can be customized if required by the property manager.
